Refund Policy

Our prompt packs are digital files delivered right after payment, and crypto payments cannot be reversed. For these reasons, sales are generally final once the file has been delivered.

When we will fix it or refund you

• You paid but did not receive the correct file, and we could not resolve it.
• The file is damaged or cannot be opened, and we could not replace it.
• You paid twice for the same pack.

Approved refunds are sent in USDT or USDC on the BEP20 network to a wallet address you give us.

What is not covered

• Change of mind after the file has been delivered.
• Funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address.
• Results from using the prompts, including trading, tax or business outcomes.

How to ask

Email chameleonai.studio@gmail.com with your order email, the pack name and your transaction hash (TXID).

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law.
